Privacy and cookies
Information about your enquiries and the optional statistics used on this website.
Production enquiries
When you submit the form, its details are processed on STRATO hosting and emailed to TUPRA’s iCloud mailbox (Apple). We use them to respond and prepare the arrangements or quotation you request. Form contents are not sent to Analytics. If submission fails, you can open the message in your email application.
Optional statistics
If you accept, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, pages viewed and clicks on contact options. Analytics does not load before you accept. Advertising personalisation and Google Signals are not enabled.
Cookies and preferences
Analytics may create _ga and _ga_9VWJ8WBDQE cookies to distinguish visits; we configure a maximum duration of 6 months. Your acceptance or rejection is saved in this browser for 6 months using local storage. You can change it using “Cookies” in the footer.
Private area and external services
The private area uses a necessary session to provide authorised document access. It does not include Analytics. Links to Instagram, the portfolio and email open services with their own privacy terms.
Further information
Google processes analytics information as the service provider. See its privacy information and explanation of Analytics using the links below. Contact TUPRA to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided to us.
Form and abuse prevention
The form uses a necessary session cookie to validate submissions. The server temporarily retains submission identifiers and a protected connection identifier, without storing the enquiry text, to limit abuse and prevent duplicates. Enquiries received by email are retained as needed to handle them and manage the professional relationship or applicable obligations.
